1) Customizing the chat environment
The first step is to customize the chat environment as per the theme and application of your website. The default icon set is -

If you want to change the icons, you can choose from the variety of innovative sets available or you can create .gif files for the icons and upload them on your web server and give us the web address of the same.
Similarly, the various default messages that appear on the chat windows can be customized to suite the purpose and application of LivehelpGenie deployment.
For instance: Default: Please wait for the operator to accept the connection. Customized: Please wait for our representative to accept the connection/ Please wait for our counselor to accept the connection. In addition the logo on the chat window can be replaced by your company logo. You need to give us a web address where your .gif file is uploaded.
2) Connecting to the website
Integrating your web site with the software is simply a matter of copy and pasting a few lines of code onto your existing web page. The code you would get after logging into your control panel.
