  • Customizable "Click to chat" icon - LivehelpGenie allows you to customize the chat buttons that your visitors see when they visit your web site. We have a variety of chat icon sets available. Each icon set has four icons which represent the different states of the operator (offline, away, online etc). You can choose an icon set that goes well with your website theme. You can also upload your own set of icons.
  • Ability to customize various predefined messages that are used during the chat- There are a couple of messages that need to be predefined and are used at various phases of the chat. For e.g. "Chat applet loaded", "Please wait for the operator to accept the connection", "Operator is typing a message", "End chat", "All agents are busy" etc. You can customize this text.
  • Timed Popup Chat Window - With LivehelpGenie you can easily configure your Proactive chat box to open after a specific period of time for the visitors browsing your website. For e.g. if your Pop up window is specified to open after 5 minutes, then it will proactively Pop-Up to the visitors who are browsing your website for more than 5 minutes.
  • Visitor's chat window is fully customizable -You can personalize the visitors chat window which your visitors see when they connect to your operators. You can choose from among  a set of pre made innovative Chat window templates provided and customize them to suit your corporate look and feel.
