The Private Branding feature provides a method to customize the visitor´s interface, specify logos and related branding information and completely remove "LivehelpGenie" brand name from chat icon and chat window.
LivehelpGenie Editions with Private Branding neither have the LivehelpGenie logo on them nor show "Powered by LivehelpGenie" to the visitor. Large companies generally do not want to mix their corporate identity with anyone else's. Private Branding allows those companies to use LivehelpGenie without anyone else knowing that it is LivehelpGenie.
